Chicken Bites

A few days ago I made these chicken bites for the kids and they loved them.⁣

It’s fairly easy, you can bake, air fry or pan fry these. I’m trying to make an effort to use ingredients lying in my pantry. ⁣

These can easily be frozen. Can use them in sandwiches, buttered pasta, over a salad or in a stir fry. ⁣

P.s: makes for almost a chicken pakora for ramzan and the adults love them as much as the kids. 💛

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • a pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ginger garlic paste

  • dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp mustard

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tbsp flour

Marinate for up to 30 minutes.
